The Black Omen Corporation is part of the Massive Multi-player Online Game EVE Online

Both new and experienced EVE players are welcome – we have no minimum skill point requirements. New players will be given advice and assistance..

However we do operate in low security areas which while bringing many benefits does add risks for less experienced players.

We have an employment structure in place as well as divisions each with their own managers:

• Mining Department

• Manufacturing Department (Production and Science)

• Security Department

• Logistics Department (Trade and hauling)

Directors and assistants who operate corporation backed projects earn a percentage of the profit generated by that department. The Black Omen aims to supports its members ventures by making the corporations resources available to its members.

Miners are rewarded for their time and skill by a comprehensive mineral purchase scheme which supports our capital ship production division.

Mission Runners contribute to the corporation via the mission tax paid on bounties from kills during missions.

What are The Black Omen’s aims and goals?

The focus is the development and the deployment of Tech 2 weapons, weapon upgrades and ammunitions in Gallente space and soon in 0.0. The weapon trade offers us a chance to compete in the regions where we are active as a trade orientated corporation. We seek to offer the region with the best prices on Tech 2 weaponry and arms in order to further our profits and the interests of our members.

Our corp atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, and we impose no stipulations on your playing time whilst being a member we appreciate that real-life issues may sometimes interfere with your game time!
We are not however a holding corporation for players to sit within and not interact. Our members are encouraged to work together and arrange projects amongst themselves using the corps assets ans capabilities where necessary.

How can you join The Black Omen?

After that simply post your interest in joining along please be sure to register using your in-game character name and someone will contact you to discuss, or you can contact one of our recruiters our directors online.

Join the "TBO's Lobby" channel in game for a friendly chat.

If you are a new member (or a returning member) in order to gain forum access you must register with the site.

When you register make sure you register with your full in-game character name:
IE:
Sheindo

Once you have registered do the following:

* Go to your Profile
* Click on the Usergroups link
* Select the circle to the right of the Members group entry.
* Click the Submit button.
* Send a Corp-Mail in game stating that you have registered on the forums and are awaiting access.
